The brand based in the UK, having this opportunity to develop your knowledge of Creative Content Writer in a fresh and exciting e-commerce market. The successful candidate will be expected to create appealing content for a diverse range of online and offline marketing in line with the brand’s Marketing Plan.
You will make sure the Communication of the Brand is always up-to-date, relevant, exciting and engages the audience with the various outlets.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and eye-catching content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the website.
- Evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website.
- You should also be able to follow brand guidelines when creating content.
- You should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques.
- Develop strategies that will increase reader engagement via conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Knowledge of referencing back linking, importance of keywords, subtitle, and subheadings.
- Proofreading articles before publication, attached SEO tags, Keyword maintaining
· Should be able to indulge statistics, numerical, facts and figures in content keeping it creative.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and work on content direction for web outlets, campaigns, video, and seasonal branded events
- Understand the brand and constantly improve our communication elements in all touch points such as emails, blogs, landing pages, socials, and ads
- Ensure high quality work individually and as a team
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years’ experience as Content Writer
- Experienced in topic research/ keyword
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with creating motion graphic design & animation
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team efficiently
- Self-motivated and independent, able to run whole projects on your own and work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience working as a remote employee as a part of a distributed team
Salary Range
20k-30k Depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Portfolio of example of work
- Must have your own Laptop/PC to meet minimum specs required.
- You must have your own reasonable internet connection, to be able to connect via zoom calls and team meetings.
- To be able to use industry software’s in digital marketing/ MS packages.
