- Identify and target prospective customers in order to increase & generate additional revenue for the company. (Set new appointments on a regular basis to prospective corporate customers.) (Understand their communication needs and provide them feasible solutions. Materialize efforts into new business.
- Monitor the overall revenue level generated by respective corporate clients (track any unexpected revenue changes in a specific account and its causes) and take necessary action to enhance/maintain the current levels of monthly revenues. (Keep a regular check on respective accounts to ensure timely payment of bills).
- To keep a regular track of corporate activations / disconnections and the reason for the above.) Formulate (strategies) tactics for customer retention and prevention of churn to other competitors taking necessary action to resolve service, billing or any other issues while that may cause customer dissatisfaction.
- Recover dues from ceased and existing accounts.
- Keep close and regular contact with key account personnel in respective accounts as a basis for gaining and maintaining desired levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide details of daily sales activities to CSM (and discuss sales issues and matters) while making regular entry of daily sales activities into the company database.
