E-Commerce Manager
We are looking for a ecommerce Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our E-Commerce website, eBay and Amazon sales channels.
We are looking for ambitious, punctual and self-motivated individual who will be able to work on their own as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach. Selected candidate will be working with our UK team on daily basis.
Due to the nature of the job good knowledge of Internet, MS Excel & written English is a must. You can apply for this job by sending your CV, we are looking for someone start immediately, can work from home option available too depending on mutual understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
1. Managing our e-commerce website, ebay and Amazon sotres.
2. Monitoring and managing the account health of our Ebay and Amazon Stores
3. Monitoring Ebay / Amazon account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues
4. Manage inventory levels in both seller central and our internal ERP (Linnworks)
5. Listing new products and updating old products on all our sales channels.
6. Adding new inventory and keeping old inventory up to date via Linnworks.
7. Configure products on internal ERP (Linnworks) systems
8. Managing the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion.
9. Manage the product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement
10. Improve the performance of the brand by optimizing reviews, SEO and pricing
11. Should be able to run promotional compagins on ebay, amazon and social media channels
12. Keep up to date with best practices of Ebay / Amazon sellers.
13. Ability of using Keywords in listing titles
14. Be able to list products via Linnworks onto our all sales channels
15. Should have experience of using Photoshop, be able to edit and crop pictures and upload product pictures on marketplace channels and create simple graphics and banners.
16. Should have experience of word press or woo commerce website, be able to design website, list product and improve SEO.
17. Should have experience of designing, listing and maintaining shopify website
18. Update stock levels by spread sheets and Products Data Entry in Ms Excel spread sheets.
19. Driving growth and profitability of our brands by managing the end-to-end process of product sales and promotions.
20. Influencing the product design, content, and attributes
Software Knowledge:
1. Expert Knowledge of Ebay market place
2. Expert knowledge of Amazon Market Place
3. Expert Knowledge of word press e-commerce website
4. Good Knowledge of Shopify e-commerce website
5. Good Knowledge of Photoshop
6. Good Knowledge of HTML
7. Working knowledge of Coral Draw
8. Working knowledge of Linnworks Systme
9. Working knowledge of SEO and Social Media marketing
Qualification:
1. Graduation degree in Computer Science/business/marketing/Software engineering or equivalent. Degree requirement may be substituted by experience in a related field
2. One to two years of relevant experience, preferably on amazon and ebay.
3. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of Amazon Listing and Ranking procedures.
4. Amazon Seller Central / Ebay experience is a must
5. Mathematical/statistical mind-set for analysing data, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial
6. Ability to learn how to use new software as training will be provided on regular basis
7. Proactive personality and careful attention to detail and ability to multi-task and demonstrate agility
8. Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills for international audience
Pay Package:
• Depending on experience Salary Package will be between Rs:15,000 to Rs:30,000 and will be reviewed every year.
• Four weeks paid holidays.
• Paid Training will be offered.
• Every year one salary will be given as bonus.
• If achieve targets of first 6 months company will provide a cash bonus.
• After successful completion of 3 months probationary period a 1 year contract will be offered.
