Etsy Assistant

The Etsy Assistant will be responsible for managing Etsy listings, account maintenance, and growth-oriented tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely listing management. Additionally, good English skills are necessary to communicate effectively with customers and team members. The Etsy Assistant will be a valuable asset to the team and play a crucial role in the success of the company's ETSY store.

Responsibilities:

As an Etsy Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

i. Working on Etsy Listings:

Creating, updating, and managing listings on the Etsy platform
Optimizing product titles, descriptions, tags, and images to improve search visibility and drive sales
Conducting research on competitors and market trends to ensure listings are competitive and relevant
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory levels

ii. Etsy Listing Managing:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and product information
Monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback
Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders

iii. Working on Account Maintenance:

Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Managing payment and billing processes
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and sales data
Keeping track of changes in ETSY policies and guidelines and ensuring compliance

iv. Growth oriented:

Proactively seeking out opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth
Identifying and implementing new marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the Etsy store.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for an Etsy Assistant job may include:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications.
Prior experience working with the Etsy platform or Ecommerce Managing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive growth.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
