  • Responsible to receive produced items stock (QA Passed items) in the warehouse after Quality Testing by QA, ensure proper count and record.
  • Responsible to ensure that the deliveries made from the Unit timely and safely reaches the required destination.
  • Make sure that finished products do not get damaged during loading and transportation.
  • Prepare and issue all relevant documents to concerned persons for dispatch of orders.
  • Send delivery release information to all concerned departments
  • Maintain complete records of each dispatch.
  • Communicate the dispatch details to concerned departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness of Warehouse round the clock.
  • Make sure that no product moves out of the Warehouse without proper authorization.
  • Responsible to train Warehouse staff on warehousing and dispatch activities.
  • Responsible to make daily stock & dispatch reports.
  • Responsible to manage and maintain proper and accurate documentation.
  • Responsible to perform the task as assigned by the Manager.
