The InvestIQ Group is looking for highly motivated and target driven Business Development Executive for their Branch Office-Lahore, with a proven track record in direct sales/real estate industry. The right individual should be well-connected, have a strong network of high net worth individuals and must have own mode of transportation.
The position requires:
Education: Minimum Bachelors degree with majors in sales/marketing will be a plus point.
- Achieve / exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Candidate should have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- He should present and promote the Business & expand financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Keep management informed by submitting activity status report, track sales, such as daily meeting reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
