Job Description
Responsibilities
· Participating in preparing Test Plans
· Coordinating with Client to understand the requirement and deliver it to the development team.
· Provide support to the Project Manager in developing and communicating detailed project plans and quality plans, with applicable stakeholders.
· Hands on development of quality assurance plans by using appropriate verification and validation techniques, as well as management plan to mitigate risk and obtain project approvals.
· Measure performance through project tracking to ensure that release criteria is being properly met.
· Assist in the approval of final acceptance of project from key stakeholders.
· Preparing and executing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing
· Defect Tracking
· Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it.
· Preparing Summary Reports
· Preparing Suggestion Documents to improve the quality of the application
· Developing and maintaining the testing and QA infrastructure and processes, is required for an enterprise application.
· Have thorough understanding and hands-on experience in QA and Software Testing processes.
· Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements.
· Prepare, execute and monitor test plans.
· Create test cases for functional, integration and performance testing as per requirement specifications.
· Report and track defects, communicating them to the greater team to assess a product's quality for release.
· Work with the development team to troubleshoot and re-mediate customer issues
Skills Required:

· Understanding of Software Engineering cycle.
· Self-organized with the ability to plan, QTP experience, SQL experience, Web Services, Windows, XML, XSL, HTML, XHTML, Java Script
