We are looking for an experienced and responsible part time accountant to help the company generate payroll, prepare financial documents and help with month end financial closing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Generate Payroll, EOBI and other employee remuneration requirements
- Enters account information to complete financial transactions
- Supports month-end and year-end closing
- Suggest policies and procedures to improve the accounting system
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by analysing and assesing account information.
- Follow internal controls to maintain financial security
- Make payments by verifying documentation and disbursements.
- Follow federal and local financial legal requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with generating payroll
- Understanding of accounting procedures and principles
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knack for quantitative skills and numbers
