Job responsibilities

  • Monitoring social media ideas and content

  • Monitoring company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

  • Assists in the building and execution of social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification and other various methods

  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management

  • Coordinating with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns

  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects

  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.

  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.

Must have

  • Minimum of 1.5 years in social media management

  • Proven experience of social media marketing

  • Excellent team management skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Should have knowledge of digital marketing

  • Good English speaking and writing

  • Good presentation skills

  • Strong use of MS Office/Google Suite tools

  • Confident use of Adobe and other various creative tools

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work with limited supervision
