InvoZone is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with strong leadership skills, who will work directly under the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective strategies to achieve the business goals of the company
- Plan the usage of technology assets by the employees while ensuring smooth functioning of the technology
- Manage the Tech department and communicate with the Project Managers to identify any bottlenecks in the final product and address them.
- Design policies that meet the company’s technological requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the current technology trends and make required adjustments in the current technical strategy of the company
- Set company wide tech objectives that would help in improving the technological assets of the company
- Construct the code architecture of future projects of the company
Skills & Requirements
- MS degree in Computer Science or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in a technological role
- 3+ years of experience as a CTO or similar role
- Experience in building effective business strategies involving technology
- Strong business acumen
- Have the acumen for handling all the technical aspects of the company
- Able to mentor the tech department
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with diverse languages/frameworks
