We’re looking for Event Management Specialist, to support us in setting up infrastructure/services for User Lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorming and implementing (In-House Mainly) event plans and concepts
- Handling budgeting and invoicing
- Coordination with other departments/ teams for successful executions
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors
- Negotiating sponsorship deals (If Required)
- Handling logistics
- Keep the Top Management in loop with all the latest updates
- Managing branding and communication
- Developing event feedback surveys
- Obtaining permits
- Handling post-event reports and actual costing
Key Requisites:
- 3+ Years of experience at least in similar capacity
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Management or Hospitality
- Self Initiator
- Strong Communication and management skills
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Multi-tasking
- Strong time management skills
- Well versed multiple event management and knows how to handle issues on run-time
- Knows how to deal will risk management and plan mitigations
