We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resource Department in daily tasks. This is an entry level trainee position.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining automated system by updating and entering data
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Must-Have
- Atleast Bachelors Degree in Business/Administration
- Passion for HR administration
- Knack for handling data and maintaining the employee record databases
- Teamwork and excellent spoken and written communication skills
