LEAD Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced LEAD Software Engineer who can lead the team, recommend software improvements and ensure that the design and application of software fulfills the quality standards of the company

Key Responsibilities:

To design architecture and develop high-volume, high-performance, high-availability applications using MEAN/MERN Stack
To ensure consistent use of shared platform components and technologies
To Supervise and oversee the technical aspects of projects.
To assist in defining the team's technical strategy and advising on roadmaps and migration plans to achieve strategic goals
To monitor work against the production schedule closely and provide progress updates and report any issues or technical difficulties. The ideal candidate should be able to unblock the technical bottlenecks developers are facing

Must have:

Minimum Bachelors Degree in CS/SE/IT
At least 4 years experience in MEAN/MERN Stack with leadership qualities
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
Expertise in Complete MEAN/MERN (Node js, Mongo DB, Angular/React js and Express js)
Ability to manage and lead a team of developers
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
