We are looking for an Legal Executive who will be responsible to:
Responsibilities :
- To provide legal services and legal assistance to InvoZone.
- To provide legal drafting services to InvoZone (i.e agreement drafting/vetting, legal notices drafting, review and drafting of NDAs, ICAs and other legal instruments.)
- To provide legal research on various legal matters.
- To liaise with InvoZone with regard to provision of the above said legal services and legal assistance
- Researching, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks.
- To abide by all rules and regulations of InvoZone.
- To act in a polite, courteous, and professional manner at all times
- To abide by the stipulated Working Hours and avoid unnecessary leaves/absences
- To do all other things ancillary and incidental to the above mentioned services
Key Requisites :
- 2 to 3 Years of experience at least in similar capacity
- Degree in Business Law/ LLB or relevant.
- Self Initiator
- Strong Communication and management skills
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Highly Organized
- Multi-tasking
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Knows how to deal will risk management and suggest mitigations accordingly.
