We are looking for a Product/Research Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Analyze the market and competitor activities to identify product features and functionalities and what more can be done to deliver a real MVP
- Provide competitive analysis on competitors’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing, and business models
- Monitor product performance across different markets, after launch and prepare detailed reports
- Identify market trends, and interpret data to make recommendations for improvements, and product optimization
- Liaise with different departments to explore new markets
- Understand business objectives and discover prospective customers’ preferences through surveys/ feedback
Requirements
- Proven product research analysis experience (3 Years)
- Knowledgeable about leading SaaS products across multiple industries, and target industry
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret large amounts of data
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, and English-writing skills
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to understand what the data holds
- Problem-solving skills to address the challenges associated with data collection, interpretation, and analysis
