Responsibilities:
- Develop information technology training material that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write relevant, creative, unique, rich and engaging content
- Analysis existing source content and modify to add value to content
- Maintain accurate records of content development stages
- Coordinate with internal team- members, graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs to complete the allotted tasks
- Perform quality checks on allotted tasks
- Develop IT related content for a variety of technologies and programming languages
MUST HAVE:
- At Least 3 years content development experience in Software Company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to rephrase and modify content
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast- paced environment
- strong understanding of how SEO can be integrated in content development
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intellectually curious to understand new technologies
