- As a Call Center Representative at iologue Solutions, you will be helping improve the lead generation process.
- Our representatives make phone calls and help customers connect with their local consultants, providing assistance by:
- scheduling call backs / appointments• relating useful and necessary information• registration process for new customers We focus on quality over quantity.
- We want to ensure that all of the customers we speak with receive excellent service.
- We don’t require any of our team members to memorize scripts, instead we encourage the team to COMMUNICATE with their customers.
- Do you have what it takes to be a Call Center Representative?
- Positive attitude, a true customer service mindset and a desire to help people• Prompt, courteous phone skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and high call volumes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – including proper use of grammar and ability to document information
