To work on existing key accounts/ develop new accounts in order to achieve Sales targets
Establish relationships with customers (both existing & new customers)
Development, submission and negotiation on quotation, proposal and related documentation.
Traveling within city / within country to visit potential clients.
Closely administering assigned client accounts
Meeting regular sales targets.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Coordinating sales projects.
Should be able to make technical presentations at customer-end to demonstrate how a product will meet client needs.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Solving client problems.
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
Effective reporting in alignment with the relationship management i.e. Sugar CRM, Daily activity sheet, visit reports, market survey/ feedback and next day meeting plan.
Knowledge Skills and Personal Characteristics
Achieve goals and targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis
A good team player, confident and self-starter
Technical knowledge of the banking products
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Reasonable Presentation skills
Be able to take initiatives
