Key Responsibilities
Developing long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after sales support services.
Searching for new clients/servicing existing clients on Enterprise Solutions Sales to achieve assigned targets.
Traveling within city / within country to visit potential clients.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
Development, submission and negotiation on quotation, proposal and related documentation.
Offering after-sales support services.
Administering client accounts.
Preparing reports for division on Sales / progress per month.
Meeting regular sales targets.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Coordinating sales projects.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Solving client problems.
Helping in the design of custom-made products.
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Effective reporting in alignment with the relationship management i.e. Sugar CRM, Daily activity sheet, visit reports, market survey/ feedback and next day meeting plan
Skills Required and Education
Bachelors in Electronics/Electronics and MBA Marketing would be a plus
3-4 years of technical sales experience required
Must have product understanding and knowledge
Lead generation, Prospecting, qualifying and conversion to success story.
Achieve goals and targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis.
A good team player, confident and self-starter.
Receivable and inventory management.
Complaint resolution
Supportive role in data collection/ introduction/ development and establishment of VESDA/CRAC/ Fire Suppression and Access Control market.
Technical know how of the products
Good Interpersonal Skills
Reasonable Presentation skills
Ability to take new initiatives
