What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:Attend and graduate from our well designed on-boarding process, along with a detailed orientation program, where the candidate will learn iPlex Pvt Ltd’s values, business, and products including; spending time at our sales centers and call centers to meet our customers in person. Meet internal stakeholders such as the Executive Leadership Team and the various business divisions such as Digital, Brands, iPlex Pvt Ltd Cash, Business Services, Sales and Distribution, Finance, Legal, People & Organization, Compliance, and Business AnalyticsMeet important external stake holders critical to the business such as the PR agencies, Media management partners, and key digital and print media. Develop an understanding of the iPlex Pvt Ltd’s corporate entity and its sustainability function, its philosophy, communication strategy and the tools developed to set the direction of the organisation.Align expectations and business objectives with immediate line manager-
Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationships with relevant stakeholders and commence a strategic review of all communications in light of business objectivesReview and update database of editors, Head of News and Current Affairs journalists for traditional media; bloggers, persons of Develop an engagement program for External Communication Develop programs for events in the Annual Corporate Calendar Develop and understanding of the industry’s developments Manage the PR and TL/Content agency with, guidelines and expectations of content development across media and sustainability programs under the iPlex Pvt Ltd FoundationDevelop an understanding of PO/PR process and contract management at iPlex Pvt ltd
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Development of key messages and templates. Understanding of Media Analysis, and measuring contentExecute a media training program for Leadership Team. Amplify External Media (PRINT, TV, SOCIAL MEDIA) resulting in developing iPlex Pvt Ltd as a partner in Pakistan’s digital road map. A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has experience in handling multiple external communication mediums - digital and social media. Has experience of proactively mitigating communication challenges and has taken responsibility for managing external communications. Is experienced in managing traditional and digital public relations campaigns.We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with a dynamic team to develop external communication messaging and ideas for activities that convert them into tangible results to increase iPlex Pvt Ltd’s presence in the corporate arena. The individual should have sound media sensibilities, product understanding, project management and relationship management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.This position has direct and frequent access to the C-Suite and requires someone with poise and confidence to manage those relationships
