We are currently recruiting for a career focused, target driven and motivated Customer Support Executives for our Canadian based Web agency.
Candidates with prior experience of customer services be it B2B or B2C along with developing new business and maximizing the potential of existing clients will be preferred.
The ideal match will have basic Knowledge of software and web technologies from a user or industry perspective and the ability to communicate openly and freely with any audience, be a responsible self-starter and over achiever and have exceptional organization skills.
The Ideal Candidate will possesss the following:
- Must have strong English (Writtent & Verbal)
- Knowledge of Web development is a plus
- Experience in similar capacity working with an international organization or multinational preferably US based.
- Strong command on Google Docs and spread sheets.
- Fair grip on systems and computer and internet searches.
- Telephone etiquettes/ rapport building skills and basic communication & interpersonal skills.
