- Developing web-based applications using the MERN stack, including React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Creating RESTful services with Node.js
- Deploying and monitoring Node.js applications
- Creating front end applications using React.js
- Creating unit tests using Jest and developing integration tests
- Troubleshooting and resolving varying levels of technical issues
- Designing and developing enhancements on new and existing applications using Node.js and other scripting environments
- Writing re-useable, testable, and efficient code
- Managing interchange of data between servers and users
- Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the product
- Implementing security and data protection protocols
- Troubleshooting and ensuring a timely resolution of issues, including debugging as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Full-Stack web application development experience
- Deep experience designing modular, object-oriented programming
- Strong experience with server-side Web frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter (Php), Express, Angular, React.js,Vue.js (Node.js), etc.
- Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres DB, MySQL)
- Experience with frontend framework is a plus (ReactJS, AngularJS, and Vue).
- Experience developing across Windows/UNIX
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, build process, testing, and operations.
- Experience with version control is a must (GIT, SVN)
- Graphql & Firebase integrations and queries.
- Typescript, Github & UI development
- Some knowledge about dev-ops will be considered a plus point
