We are looking for a Senior SQL Server admin. who will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and performance of databases, to ensure the availability and optimal performance.
The hired candidate will also be working with other members of the team, support, and development groups to identify and resolve problems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Installations for SQL Server on Microsoft Windows Server environment.
- Experience in implementing Always ON High Availability.
- Database performance tuning, configurations and implementations jobs, indexes, and related settings.
- Responsible for query performance optimization, tuning
- Working Experience of Server/Droplet Configuration, Troubleshooting and Migration
- Experienced in hosting services (Godaddy, Bluehost, Digitalocean, Kinsta etc)
- implementations, and production support.
- Database servers Mysql, MongoDB
- Experienced in AWS, Google, Azure, and IBM cloud
- Implement Backup/Recovery of Databases and database movement between environments.
MUST HAVE:
Strong Knowledge of Linux Flavours (Ubuntu, Centos, etc)
