The main tasks that the employee will face :
Answer incoming messages and calls from our existing clients. We are approached with general questions, technical issues, financial matters, issues on trading tools and events;
Answer clients in live chats;
Keep up-to-date with all the new products IQ Option offers to its clients;
Be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have great communication skills;
Are computer literate;
Have patience and can find an approach to all types of clients;
Are fluent in English + Hindi, Urdu, German, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French (at least B2.2, Upper Intermediate);
Has a high typing speed (> 200 characters per minute).
