Job Description

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by emloyees
  • Official communications regarding HR/Admin matters
  • Maintain and update HR/Admin files
  • Management of vehicles and building facilities including genset, lifts etc
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for company employees and guests
  • Coordinate/liase with external stakeholders (IESCO etc)
  • Preparing and implementing duty rosters for guards, office boys and drivers
  • Initiate recruitment process
  • Assist management on operational tasks
  • Assist employees in HR related matters (Performance evaluations, leaves, medical reimbursements etc)
