Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Management/ Social Sciences

Experience: 1-2 years of Administrative/ Academic work experience

Skills: Communication, time management, initiative and team work

Job Responsibilities

  •  Be responsible for the delivery of effective academic administration support
  •  Support the functions and processes associated with the delivery, monitoring and assessment of academic programmes to the required quality standards
  •  To provide day to day management of CRM to ensure that it is setup, developed, maintained and updated with key information as required by the academic Team
  •  Effective maintenance of student records, including tracking learner journey, engagement on the LMS, attendance to webinars, progression and results
  •  Assist with the development and implementation of assessment/examination schedules
  •  Effectively liaise with staff in relation to the co-ordination and management of academic timetables and the availability of teaching space
  •  Other duties as needed or required
