Requirements:
- Candidates having previous experience in Call Centre Industry are highly preferable especially those who have worked in UK and USA Campaigns (Outbound/ Inbound).
- Individuals having past experience in Cable, Internet, Satellite and Home Security services will be preferred the most.
- Candidate must be fluent in English.
- Candidate must have the ability to communicate and tackle the customer in an efficient and effective manner.
- Candidates having previous experience in B2B and B2C can apply.
- Candidate must also have the basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Data Entry.
- The individual will be offered Basic Salary + Commissions and training will be provided.
