IRG Digital is looking for a TRAINER who has excellent interpersonal skills can follow simple instructions, can read write and speak in fluent English and has a sound knowledge about Sales & Marketing in Digital, Utility & Energy services. The trainer should have a strong American accent or should have experience in a related industry.
• Candidates with knowledge of tv, internet, phone and security services preferred.
• Will be taking training programs and courses from US based companies and teaching new hires frequently.
• Should be self-explanatory and have the method to let people explain what to say.
• Should be available when called, mostly evening and night shift.
• Should have good grip on self-learning and teaching.
• Bachelors or Masters preferred but if you can read write and speak in English fluently and have experience we can bypass all educational credentials.
• We are looking for an ideal candidate with a good track record and at least a 6 month to 1-year commitment.
Must be completely dedicated to the work because after him the candidates would be allowed to sit on the floor.
