What you'll be doing:
- As a remote US Telesales Executive you will be handling inbound and outbound international calls with b2b customers!
You will;
- Demonstrate active listening and provide an exceptional service to everyone you speak to.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to businesses worldwide
- Have an understanding of lead generation
- Previous experience in a similar lead generation / sales/ telemarketing/ digital marketing role is desirable
- A team player supporting all aspects company wide.
- Desire to grow and progress within the company and sales department.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential
- Open to change and eager to learn, with a good affinity for technology
- Able to overcome objections and be proactive within the role to accomplish desired goals
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to persuade and negotiate
- Work from home with flexible shift pattern, receiving support from sales and technical team remotely.
About you:
You will
- You will be responsible for engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
- Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs based selling, ideally on the phone, email, fax and social media
- Be both target and quality focused
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team
- Be self-motivated working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely
- Have a suitable work environment and a high speed internet connection to use our systems.
