Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage relationships between suppliers and buyers to facilitate effective negotiations and agreements.

- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools, particularly Excel, to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies tailored to the company's goals and market conditions.
- Maintain consistent internal communication and coordination with relevant departments to ensure alignment during the negotiation processes.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on market analysis, negotiation outcomes, and supplier performance.
- Monitor competitive market activity and adjust negotiation approaches to maintain Iris International's competitive advantage.
- Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout procurement and negotiation activities.
- Continuously evaluate market developments and update negotiation tactics to enhance supplier and buyer relationships.
