This is an on-site position for 3D Modeler-night shift
We are looking for a talented and creative 3D modeler and work on various architectural projects for our international client. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, using various software applications and tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to understand the project requirements and specifications
- Create realistic and accurate 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, based on plans, sketches, and reference materials
- Apply textures, materials, lighting, and effects to enhance the visual quality of the models and animations
- Optimize the models and animations for performance and quality
- Ensure that the models and animations meet the project standards and deadlines
- Communicate with the design team and clients to receive feedback and make revisions as needed
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in 3D design, graphic design, architectural visualization, or related field
- Proven experience as a 3D modeler or 3D visualiser in the architectural industry
- Portfolio of previous 3D modeling and animation projects
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, such as SketchUp, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.
- Knowledge of rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine, etc.
- Strong artistic and technical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
