Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a team member in the installation, upgrade, enhancement, correction, troubleshooting, resolution and/or maintenance of system software/hardware
  • Coordinates with users, vendors and IT staff in order to provide appropriate action, support and problem resolution
  • Installs new jobs, systems or packages and schedules and coordinates testing and/or change management
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts
  • Maintaining records of software license
  • Creating emails, password resets and forwarding in Google Workspace
  • Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
  • Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
  • Manage hardware and software inventory management
  • Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill requests
  • Provide exceptional service while responding to phone, email and online requests for technical support
  • Utilize remote monitoring and management software to resolve user requests
  • Handle IT related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available
  • Assist in setting up telecommunication closets
  • Install various security systems, both analog and digital IP
  • Install various speakers, receivers and volume controllers
  • Assist with setup and configuration of new hires and account termination
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple properties
  • Ability to quickly adopt to a changing environment
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, sales and other team members

Must Haves:

  • Must be able to travel as needed

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able programming routers, switches, modems, access points and other equipment
  • Must be able to participate in after hours upgrades and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
