Business Development Officer
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Officer, you will interact with prospective customers across the country or abroad via emails / phone calls to grow and maintain existing business, approach potential customers to open new accounts. Manage and grow your business acumen, and continue your success as you bring on additional business to meet your activity, revenue and margin targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To proactively develop clients by applying Wizkon’s sales methodology, strategically planning and executing development strategies
To achieve agreed goals on monthly basis
Cross Sell, generate lead and refer to related departments /divisions
Able to assess customers need and resolve problems
To keep updated knowledge of all products and Compliance.
Submission of Sales / Visit Report on daily basis
To maintain Wizkon’s visions and values in all external and internal interactions
To render highest level of services to clients
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Command of the English language both spoken and written
Self-motivated, goal orientated, and a strong ability to learn
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone
Prior sales/account management experience in business development and/or direct quote has driven sales role
Sales acumen; account development, prospecting, lead generation, problem-solving, handling objections, confident closing skills
