You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be given the responsibility to lead actual marketing campaigns both online and offline. Plus, a big product launch in USA and Pakistan simultaneously.
How does your typical day look like? You will be:
· Creating a marketing plan based upon Customer Personas
· Refine and develop Customer Personas as we go
· Leading in a Product Launch in Pakistan and USA
· Analyze the US & Pakistan Market and engage relevant stakeholders (e.g. Podcasts, Blogs, etc.)
· Researching, Planning & executing a Social Media content strategy
· Work closely with the designer in order to convert marketing content to design
· Keep an eye on customer engagement on social media and suggest ways to improve the company's outreach
· Lead Isaac's Code, its services and one of its core products: Baskyt to be a Brand of Choice for our target audience.

Contract length: 2 months
Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
Note: This is a Paid, Leading to Job Opportunity. You'll have 2 months to aggressively prove your worth and establish yourself as a Marketing Leader. The final hiring decision will be based upon the final Performance Evaluation
