iSEO Ranker is looking for talented, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals well-versed in English communication (Verbal & Written) skills, passionate to identify potential clients for our business and willing to contribute to our business growth and expansion by utilizing effective sales approach and customer service skills. A candidate with the working experience of selling digital marketing services including web development, social media management, logo designing, and SEO will be preferred and most welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to meet sales targets.
- Make outbound B2B calls to promote and sell our service to potential clients.
- Capture leads and prospects and maintains a database for such prospects.
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Update yourself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives.
- Always ensure compliance with the sales policies.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
- Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
- Perform customized targeted sales strategies.
Requirements
- Intermediate or O Levels, Bachelors, Masters
- Excellent English communication skills and convincing attitude
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role, ideally in an IT company
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
