The job role requires you to provide assistance to customers on WhatsApp groups/E-mails on daily basis and help process their orders and then liaise with the picking team to have them picked and dispatched on the same day. You are also required to produce invoices for those orders.
You will also need to communicate with customers to keep them up to date with their accounts, confirmation for payments/ledgers as well as to keep them up to date with latest stock and products.
You will also be required to do update customer records regularly and perform other admin related tasks such as tracking deliveries.
We are looking for a soft and friendly candidate who is punctual with their timing and is highly organised and has a good understanding of written & verbal English.
