The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance equipment, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and adherence to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect unusual or suspicious activities.

Operate and maintain CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Report security incidents, breaches, or hazards to the security supervisor or relevant authorities.

Record and document all incidents accurately in daily logs or incident reports.

Assist in investigations by providing recorded footage when required.

Collaborate with the security team to support overall site safety.

Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and legal requirements related to surveillance.
