ICCI is hiring a Social Media Marketing Expert to lead our online presence, grow our digital reach, and drive engagement across all major platforms.

Develop, implement, and manage creative and engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
Create and schedule platform-specific daily content including text, images, videos, stories, and reels
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights to improve ROI
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful online community relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, videographers, content creators) to deliver high-quality multimedia content
Stay current with evolving social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content)
Track competitor activity and identify areas for content or strategic improvement
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with ICCI’s goals
Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when relevant
