Provide general day-to-day HR support across the IDC (Pvt) Ltd. as part of the IDC HR function in relation to all human resource aftercare and support. The Jnr HR Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring Personal Data Management, Attendance & Leave Compliance.

Main Task & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Duty Roasters and Leaves of all staff members.
  • Managing and maintain of documentation contract, personal files and other employee information.
  • Performs coordination functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements should be full filled.
  • Make the necessary arrangements for new employees to attend induction trainings and make sure about their proper orientation.
  • To make sure probation reports get done by the managers by the date and return back to HR department for further process.
  • Manage the attendance record of every employee lateness record.
  • Maintain Monthly Bill summary of Official Numbers.
  • Enrolment and de-enrolment of all staff from EOBI on time.
  • Enrolment and de-enrolment of all staff from Social Security on time.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
