We at Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (PVT) LTD. are looking for a procurement assistant on urgent basis for smooth & correct functioning of procurement operations. Selected candidate will manage documentation and procurement compliance. Some of the tasks are mentioned below:
- Prepares record documentation and performs review for compliance to good documentation practices and against established SOPs/guidelines.
- File documents in physical and digital records with scanning.
- Review and update record in files and create automatic links from different types of documents.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Responsible for monitoring and safekeeping of procurement documents.
- Ensure availability of vendor documents and updating for procurement compliance.
- Prepare and write procurement contracts.
- Review and update existing contracts.
- Prepare Invoice Recording and tracking in system.
- Prepare and Entry of Service Order’s in system.
- Actively participate and/or execute special tasks assigned by Procurement Manager.
- Assist other team members as needed.
