Islamabad Elite Wheels is seeking a highly professional Chauffeur to provide luxury transportation services for our premium fleet, including Toyota Land Cruisers, Fortuners, and Revo GRS models. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience driving luxury or executive vehicles and possess a valid driving license with a spotless record. This role primarily involves transporting corporate clients and guests from five-star hotels, ensuring safety, comfort, and punctuality at all times. A deep knowledge of all routes in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the international airport is essential to guarantee efficient and timely service.
The Chauffeur must maintain a professional appearance, adhere strictly to hygiene and formal dress code standards, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Discretion and adherence to VIP etiquette are paramount, as is the ability to handle luggage and assist clients courteously. This role requires attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and a commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience for all passengers.
Responsibilities
Safely operate luxury vehicles, ensuring smooth, secure, and timely transportation of clients.
Maintain a pristine appearance of the vehicle's interior and exterior through daily cleaning and regular inspections.
Plan optimal routes using comprehensive knowledge of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and airport traffic to avoid delays.
Monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup timings accordingly to ensure clients are not kept waiting.
Assist clients with luggage handling and provide courteous support according to executive service protocols.
Keep accurate records through detailed logbook management, tracking mileage, maintenance, and trips.
Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks such as oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel to ensure vehicle reliability.
Utilize navigation systems and traffic management tools effectively to navigate city routes and changes in traffic flow.
Exhibit professional conduct and uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Communicate clearly with clients and company management, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently.
Comply with all traffic laws and company policies to promote a safe and respectful driving environment.
