A Marketing Managers responsibility is to make sure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity by tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns and managing the marketing budget. In order to fulfill this role, you should be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects and have hands-on experience with web analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive qualified traffic to our front door and build strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company 
  • Set up successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from start to execution.
  • Work with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Partner up with key industry players, agencies and vendors and establish positive and strategic public relationships
  • Marketing budget to be prepared and monitored on a quarterly and annual basis and funds allocated wisely
  • Manage and oversea marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals by continuously measuring them

Requirements and skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field,
  • Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers. 
  • Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Personable and able to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative thinking by leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and motivate.
  • Good research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Marketing Manager experience requirements:

Having 2-3 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, or public relations is typically required.
