  • Formation/reactivation/strengthen of community organizations (COs)/VOs and subcommittees in the project area as per need.
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements
  • Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
  • Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.
  • Capacity building of the community organization through orientation and in house trainings.
  • Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions i.e. agriculture, livestock, WASH and advocacy work/ enterprise development & Livelihoods and value chain.
  • Assist agriculture and livestock officers an identification, multiple assessments of project activities.
  • Assist engineers in an identification of productive schemes and conduct social feasibility of schemes.
  • Assist, agriculture officer, livestock officers,  WASH and Sub engineer in the field
  • Assist and facilitate project leads in field monitoring visits
  • Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in project interventions.
  • Proper maintain record of project activities at community & office level both in soft & hard form with pictorial views.
  • Organize advocacy/ climate change events at Tehsil and District level.
  • Ensure strong coordination with the stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meeting with community organizations and ensure community ownership in project activities.
  • Provide data to maintain a regular database system of project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Consult with the project lead regarding appropriate adjustments in program design or implementation strategies.
  • Develop case studies/success stories to reflect project impacts.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly work plans.
  • Ensure the timely submission of activities reports (weekly and monthly).
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Conduct regular field visits with 90% time in the field and 10% for reporting
  • Weekly and monthly reports.
  • Perform any task assigned by project lead as and when required.

  • Record management – field visits, CO meetings, beneficiary data etc.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, ERP systems

  • Demonstration of IR Values while working with communities
  • Empowering communities to ensure organizational accountability
  • Knowledge of IR strategic priorities
  • Identification & documentation of organizational successes
  • Adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches / activities for community development
  • Special attention to inclusion during the implementation.
  • Strengthen mechanism to influence the decision makers through communities’ advocacy & campaigning.
