• Ensures clear, coherent and consistent communication about the strategic focus and activities
  • Projecting the work carried out under Child and Women Centric Programmes in the twin cities
  • Developing content for IRP’s website, ensuring information is clear and continuously updated
  • Giving creative ideas and inputs for product development ranging from social and digital to print, electronic and PR.
  • Developing content for annual reports, publications, manuals and IEC materials.
  • Drafting speeches and presentations.
  • Extending support for events through photography, social media, web updates and talking points.
  • Ensuring consistency in media material collection from the field areas.
  • Maintaining a clear channel of communication with the Country Office for supervision and approvals.
  • Coordinating with service providers in order to get the desired deliverables
  • Develop catchy and emotionally engaging content for social media platforms
  • To work with programme teams, partners, to support the development and following up on visibility and communications plans for different projects
  • To regularly visit project sites in the field to ensure a direct link between programme work and produced material.
  • Maintain archives of communications and media products and clippings.
  • Work closely with the Communications team, program staff, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions to improve content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to develop integrated multimedia campaigns.
