Person Specification
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree in social sciences preferably in discipline i.e. in Research and Development, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or similar fields of study.
Experience:
A minimum of 3/5 years (or more based on academic credentials) in quantitative and qualitative research techniques and their appropriate usage ¾ Proven research and evaluation experience and expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Track record of undertaking and/or commissioning at minimum 2-3 research studies that have informed practice/policy development.
Expertise in research techniques, Knowledge of evaluation methodologies, setup/design, planning, resource allocation/management, implementation, stakeholder management, monitoring/oversight, and risk management.
IT Skills:
Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis softwares i.e. SPSS, STATA, JMP etc.
Language:
Excellent English writing skills are essential.
