- Implementation of project activities as per business process and project document.
- Development of technical documents and tools for capacity building of Community-based groups as per project design.
- Establishing a Referral framework mechanism with government line departments and social safety net service providers on sustainable & adaptable livelihood, child and women safeguarding and WASH sensitization.
- Organizing meetings with local market stakeholders for devising a strategy for the reintegration of women labor in the market.
- Strong collaborations with Government social safety providers Such as Pakistan Baitul Mal, Social Welfare department.
- Development of resource material for events & sessions.
- Supporting project team in organizing broad-based campaigns on child protection, women rights, youth development and women entrepreneurship.
- Build linkages with free health services in the project target area/community.
- Development of IEC materials for the project activities.
- Organizing Seminars in collaboration with Government departments and vocational skills service providers, industries, higher education commission and Women development.
- To ensure sustainability, effective linkages are to be built with free psychosocial services providers.
