Required a Sales Representative with strong selling skills & relevant experience in menswear clothing industry.
Major Job responsibilities include:
1. Ensure Customer Satisfaction at all times.
2. Make Stock sales to customers.
3. Taking orders and measurements of Customers as per their requirement.
4. Taking Made- to -measure orders of suits and sherwani.
5. Take necessary alterations if required.
6. E-mail/communicate Customer orders & alterations on timely basis to the head office.
7. Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
8. Using software / system to make sales and generate slips.
9. Making daily / weekly reports.
10. Make sure all new items are displayed.
11. Managing shop expenses.
12. Follow shop timings and ensure proper dress code is followed at all times.
13. Continuos feedback to head office on stock demand and customer feedback.
14. Make best effort to achieve sales targets.
