Working in a Development and Operations team with application testing, deployment and support for a software solutions provider in the health sector. Technical competency in the following technologies is desirable but not mandatory:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- MS Win Server
- Microsoft Excel
- Zoho Support Desk
Team working and communication skills required, excellent spoken English including:
- Experience of working in a team oriented culture (desirable but not mandatory)
- Proving first line technical customer support
- Experience of service management tools including service desk, backup and reporting tools -
- Writing operational documents and following test scripts
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Candidate must be able to work under pressure
