We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager/Store Supervisor to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure that the store is meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Train and supervise a team of sales associates and cashiers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the store is well-stocked
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
