We are seeking a highly motivated Cashier to join our team at multiple locations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good numerical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card and cheque payments
- Calculate discounts, vouchers and loyalty points
- Count cash and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good numerical and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills
